YOU:
You are multi-culturally curious and obsessed with travel and design. You're a visual communicator extremely confident creating digital designs in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign, but you are also comfortable working with other mediums to perfect the F1 visual experience. In this role you will work with other designers and our marketing team to make sure Flight 001 branding is cohesive. That means you need to be clued-in to our competition's strategy and able to create designs that help Flight 001 stand out from the crowd. You're generally a branding expert, can see the future direction of Flight 001, and can create designs that align with our vision. You are detail-oriented and able to keep our visual language coherent across various channels. You always keep the end-user in mind when designing, and you will help launch our brand to another level.

MORE ABOUT YOU:
You will be responsible for the overall direction of the brand and will work closely with all of our departments including wholesale, web, corporate, stores, and product.
Identify opportunities to impact our brand, and develop a creative strategy for your ideas
Work closely with our internal marketing, product, and web teams
Tell our story visually through presentation and narrative development
Develop the Flight 001 brand identity through design, illustration and photography

You enjoy contributing in a team environment
You are aware of market trends and are a natural marketer
You are tech savvy
Have experience and an interest in social media
You are design-obsessed with a deep knowledge of current patterns, trends, and best practices


QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 5 years experience with branding.
A portfolio of design projects that show outstanding brand design and that showcases great narrative and storytelling skills
A strong design sensibility that fits with the Flight 001 style
