Product Manager Needed - Broadway Across America - (Midtown, NYC) New York City

SUMMARY
We are seeking an organized, resourceful and proactive individual to serve as Product Manager for Broadway Across America's custom business software initiative. BAA's software initiative is designed to increase productivity amongst programming, operations and ticketing departments as well as provide advance reporting and analytics for the organization.

Our software team follows Scrum principles, and we want a candidate with the experience and excitement to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct needs assessment with business users in order to develop solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop automated reports and analytics to further the company's business intelligence efforts.
• Work as liaison between business operations and software developers to create user stories that will improve reporting, forecasting, contract administration and overall efficiency of internal applications.
• Collaborate with the lead architect, developers, business analysts and company executives in order to determine development priorities.
• Provide routine status reports to management and user group, establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
• Experiment with and integrate processes and tools that enable continuous improvements
• Create metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback
• Assist with other projects, as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
• Experience working in the Agile software development methodology
• 2-5 Years of Software Project Management
o Strong proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices.
• Experience with customer-facing web application development
• Excellent analytical, planning, & organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Maturity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Experience as a Scrum Master
• Technical expertise in Ticketmaster Archtics, MS SQL, and .Net
