Technical Engagement Manager (Americas)
Responsibilities:
Active involvement with the Americas sales and technical enablement teams to identify customer opportunities where PS packages should be included as part of the deal and ensure the correct PS packages are identified and attached to the deal.
Active involvement with the Americas support team to identify active customers where PS packages will reduce ticket load and improve the customer experience.
Regular collaboration with the PS teams in other regions to ensure ForgeRock customer experience of PS package delivery is consistent across the regions whilst retaining margins and quality.
Shared responsibility over the number, contents and deliverables of the available PS packages.
Shared responsibility over the continuous evaluation of the PS package delivery process.
Responsibility for the overall implementation of PS package delivery in the Americas region.
Requirements:
B.S. degree in an Engineering or Science Discipline
Minimum 2-3 years post-bachelor's degree experience in technical project manager or similar project management experience
Excellent Communication - both verbal and written
Excellent and demonstrated experience of creating and fostering relationships with medium to large enterprise customers.
Excellent and proven collaboration and teamwork skills.
Experience in Identity and Access Management domain is essential to be able to assess and understand customer requirements and issues.
