LOOKING FOR A FUN SUMMER JOB & STEM EXPERIENCE? Destination Science is the place for you!

Build robots, rockets, and unmask the science behind superheroes with kids ages 5-11 and find those "AHA!" SCIENCE moments! Increase your science knowledge, confidence & creativity when you spend a summer working with us. Jump into the STEM movement.

We are looking for teachers who are available full time or part time. FT 8am-4pm or PT positions are available 7:45am-1pm or 11:45pm-5:30pm.

Destination Science summer programs are bursting with innovation, imagination, and creativity. We are looking for teachers who are FUN, ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC, have experience with children ages 5 to 11, and enjoy science. Ideally a classroom teacher, credential candidate or university student who has experience with teaching 15 or more kids in a group or classroom setting.
Love kids but do not have a lot of experience? We are also hiring Site Assistants to work 16-32 hours per week based on location. Come play games and assist kids and teachers at camp. Candidates are typically college age or HS Seniors. Site Assistants start at minimum wage.

Compensation: starts at $450/week (FT)

***We provide staff with all the curriculum, materials & training.
***Teachers will teach 4 science stations daily. They will also assist the team in organizing and supervising outdoor games, activities & creative challenges.
***Must attend 3 days of training and be available at least 3 weeks this summer in June, July and/or August.
