Summer Counselors Wanted - (all USA)

We are looking for dedicated, hard working, open-minded people who have an abundance of energy and a desire to supervise/mentor teenagers during the summer. Must be available at the end of June for 3 to 6 weeks, plus orientation/training. The hours are long, you won't get rich, but the experience is priceless. Salary, plus room and board, plus r/t airfare or AMTRAK ticket from your home city (if needed) are all included. Staff must have a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age before June 16th, 2015.
Summer Discovery operates pre-college enrichment programs for teenagers 13-18 years of age in the USA at: UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, University of Michigan, Georgetown University, New York University, Emerson College (Boston), University of Texas at Austin, University of Colorado at Boulder, Johns Hopkins University and University of Pennsylvania.
Jr. Discovery operates two summer enrichment programs for students completing grades 6-8 at UCLA, and Georgetown University.
Discovery Internships operates internship programs for teenagers 15+ years of age in the USA at: NYC, Los Angeles and Boston.
Resident Counselors live in a university Residence Hall and are responsible for the student's health, safety and well being. Resident Counselors supervise residence hall living, field trips, afternoon, evening and weekend activities, sports, provide academic support, and more. Previous residence life experience preferred.
Staff are provided room, board, transportation to and from the program, and a stipend which varies by program duration.
