Adjunct History Instructor Needed - (Harlem / Morningside, NY) New York City

Helene Fuld College of Nursing, an accredited, associate and bachelor degree granting institution in New York City, is seeking an adjunct instructor for Major Topics in American History, which begins in late April. The course will be offered on Wednesday afternoons for 15 weeks. The successful applicant must be able to provide students with clear course instruction, evaluations, and timelines through a standardized syllabus.
The qualified applicant must have a minimum of a Master's degree in History or a Master's degree in another subject and 18 graduate credit hours in History. Relevant teaching experience at the college level is required. Additional qualifications include experience working with students from culturally diverse backgrounds, and the ability to use computers for communicating with students, incorporating online resources into the course offerings, and entering grades online.
