Job Description:

This is an opportunity for someone looking to take part in the explosive growth of a young tech company. You will be the first line of contact for the end-users of our largest (and most beloved) clients. This is a part-time position based in New York City.

Responsibilities:

-Documenting and processing customer inquiries
-Monitoring and servicing open issues to completion
-Analyzing and interpreting data to guide strategic recommendations for enhancing our platform
-Monitoring the customer experience on a day-to-day basis to detect and solve problems as they arise
-Working closely with our technical staff to escalate and de-escalate issues as needed

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have a love for customer service, interpersonal and logistical skills, high attention to detail, and the communication skills necessary to work directly with end users of our platform.

Requirements:

-Are tech-savvy and have an interest in the growth of technology
-Some customer-facing experience
-Ability to quickly identify, empathize, establish trust, and solve a customer's problem
-Professional and articulate with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to wow our customers (it's also nice if you can do all that with a bit of personality)
-Excellent writing skills with the ability to get your point across easily
-Can-do attitude and a friendly disposition (we like positive people)
