We are seeking Technical Support Analyst

Job description
We are a thriving e-commerce company in Manhattan currently looking for a Technical Support Analyst to lend their troubleshooting expertise towards helping clients resolve hardware and software issues. The successful Technical Support Analyst for our team is a well-spoken, quick learner with proven experience providing technical support to enterprise clients.

This role requires a person who loves helping others, loads of initiative, and great follow-through skills. It is ideal for someone with 1+ year experience in a support/service related position, who's looking to grow as the team and company grow. It's also a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of an international team in a fun, fast-paced tech startup environment!

Responsibilities
- Basic hardware repairs, trouble shooting, and end use issues
- Managing the Support inbox and responding to user requests
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
- Log and escalate issues as needed to Tier 2 support
- Follow up with users to ensure resolution to support requests
- Track commonalities in support requests to identify system bugs for resolution
- Consolidate feedback to develop recommendations for system improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
- 1+ Year of IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Support experience
- A+ certification and network+ certification preferred but not required
- Desire to be a team player, willing to do all tasks assigned
- Willing and able to learn and grow
- Respectful and good communication skills

Compensation
This position offers up to $35k in compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work in a very friendly and stable work environment.
