QA Manager Description:
Joystick Interactive is looking for a detail oriented, hands-on Digital Quality Assurance Analyst. This position will be a key role in Joystick's QA process. The QA analyst will also oversee both automated and manual testing of various digital projects spanning from rich media content to 360 digital campaigns. This role will be work in conjunction with a small team of QA Analysts with the hopes of growing into a robust QA department.
Responsibilities:
Rich media QA testing
Work with onshore and offshore teams to perform testing
Define and implement QA strategy and goals
Maintain and improve QA tools
Work closely with our Producers and Developers to ensure that we are delivering quality products and creatives.
Develop innovative processes, communications, metrics, and accountabilities that result in process improvements.
Work closely with NY team to ensure quality team integrates with company's overall mission and strategy
Requirements:
Strong understanding of DoubleClick Studio, MediaMind/Sizmek, Pointroll, and other rich media ad serving platforms
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Minimum 2 years' rich media, digital QA experience
Have a strong working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and familiar with modern test technologies and tools
Have both excellent oral and written communication skills as necessary to communicate plans and status to all levels within the company and to build and maintain a highly effective QA organization
Technical Skills:
Strong experience in testing mobile applications across a wide range of platforms, devices and networks
Strong comprehension of load, performance and regression testing
