Programmatic Yield Analyst
The Programmatic Yield Analyst role will reside within the Sales division at Mode Media. The Programmatic Sales division oversees a significant portion of Mode's display revenue and will continue to expand into 2015. The Programmatic Yield Analyst will play an integral part in understanding and strengthening the overall health of the Programmatic business unit through deep analysis of historical performance data, real-time market activity including inventory and audience trends, and pricing/yield to optimize monetization. The Yield Analyst will work closely with the Ad Operation and Technology teams.

Responsibilities:
-Perform analysis of a multitude of data points to inform overall strategy and decisions regarding the business
-Build reporting infrastructure to support needs of Programmatic business leveraging data from both internal and external sources
-Maintain forecasting model
-Provide meaningful understanding of business trends including strategic pricing analysis in RTB/PMP deal rules, floor pricing and fill rates analysis
-Serve as the owner of and go-to point-of-contact for programmatic sales data and analytics, such as impressions, pricing, and sell-thru
-Maintain 3rd party vendor platforms including SSPs
-Create comprehensive ongoing visibility into the inventory and corresponding revenue opportunity across all platforms, publishers, and distribution points
-Monitor details of performance of all active deals across Mode's Programmatic Platform

Qualifications:
-3+ years of professional experience in campaign management, yield/revenue management, or sales analytics
-Desirable candidate will have previous experience at digital publisher, agency or trading desk
-Proficient with 3rd party vendor platforms including all major SSPs
-Deep understanding of the Programmatic eco-system and product set
-Proven analytical and quantitative skills
-Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and database tools including the ability to analyze, summarize and manipulate large volumes of data
-Proven track record of working in a collaborative team environment
-Thrive in a fast paced environment including the ability to meet deadlines
