Growing company in the travel industry is looking for individuals eager to learn and earn a strong part time or full time income working from home as a Virtual Travel Recruiting Specialist with a very flexible schedule. Full time or Part time.
Some duties will include:
*Updating Content on various free online media and classified sites within your region
*Assisting new team members with basic on-boarding tasks (email setup, training setup, etc)
*Sending canned emails to job seekers through various resume databases to attract them to Virtual Travel Group and our opening
*more duties to be defined in our recruitment and/or training process
This is NOT a full cycle recruiting position, we have a full time professional recruiting staff trained to screen/qualify/interview/sign potential candidates. Our specialists receive full training on how to assist us in attracting a high volume of candidates to consider our openings!
Must have a computer, high speed internet, some social networking experience (facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, etc) and basic computer knowledge.
No selling and no travel experience required.
