We are seeking a Recruiter/Account Manager to join our veteran program at our NYC Business Solutions Industrial & Transportation location, based in Jamaica, Queens. The Veteran Recruiter/Account Manager generates new business by implementing effective business to business recruitment strategies to develop a portfolio of accounts with recurring, high-volume recruitment needs. Our environment is fast-paced and performance-based. We are looking for a strong candidate with proven recruitment and placement experience to take us to the next level.

Position Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to the Program Director to plan, implement and track customized placement projects to meet the specific needs of each business customer
Build and cultivate a pipeline of occupation vacancies for qualified job seekers through recruitment events and direct advertising
Manage the full cycle recruitment process to ensure proper placement of qualified candidates

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a BA or BS degree, master's degree is preferred
Must have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience with employment based programs
Have exceptional sales skills with a demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals and deliver placement results
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven business setting and consistently meet goals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM applications and online sourcing tools preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent skills and comfort level with leading group presentations
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
Knowledge of social media and online communications
Enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative, commitment, and a sense of humor are a must!

Compensation:
Salary plus monthly bonus based on performance in addition to a full benefits package.
