The HR Assistant will play an important role in facilitating, organizing, and assisting in the implementation and management of the firm's attorney and professional staff recruitment efforts. The HR Assistant will also gain exposure to other functional HR areas and provide support as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess the below.

Qualifications
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Prior office, professional, or internship experience
• Experience in a recruitment, HR, or legal setting is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while dealing with interruptions and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to quickly learn proprietary software systems and databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to integrate into a fast paced environment
• Self-starter who can work well independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction
