Job description:

XPO Logistics (www.xpo.com) is looking to fill an In-house Recruiting Position. This position will be responsible for filling internal orders for contract drivers and technicians across the country.

The successful candidate needs to possess the following list of skills:

1-2 years in-house recruiting experience (transferable sales skills will be considered)
Ability to source candidates from non traditional avenues
Proficient communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work on simultaneous and multi-priority orders
Ability to work in multiple time zones effectively
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to document data in logical formats
Ability to gather information via computer notes or phone conversations in order to arrive at a effective solutions
