ull-time Human Resources / Administrative Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Serve as the official Administrative Assistant to the Administrator/Executive Director and the Director of Human Resources.
• Maintain the Administration Office Suite - receiving, screening and responding to telephone calls; greeting employees, residents, family members, and business associates and assisting them as needed; overseeing appointments.
• Creating and overseeing confidential Administrative and Human Resources files.
• Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, attending meetings and recording meeting minutes.
• Overseeing Corporate Compliance and Business Associate Contract files.
• Assisting the Director of Human Resources with various day to day functions including processing new hire paperwork, communicating correspondence, assisting with employee benefits and wellness programs, and coordinating appreciation events.
• Provide assistance to the Board of Directors including maintaining a calendar of events, distributing periodic mailings, and overseeing meeting minutes.


Skills/Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Must be well organized, demonstrate a high attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, possess proficient communication skills, team player, proactive with a knowledge and interest in HR, strong work ethics, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to analyze information.
