Saratoga has been operating clinics providing occupational health and primary care services to corporate clients and individual patients in the Washington DC area since 1985. Saratoga has provided the Federal Government medical staffing services throughout the United States. This project employs the full range of health specialists: nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, wellness/fitness specialists, emergency medical technicians, dietitians, and medical support personnel.

Compensation Analyst
SUMMARY -- Responsible for conducting position evaluations through salary surveys, job classifications, and preparing job descriptions. Will conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation to include compensation statistics and market analysis. Will collaborate with others to determine salary structures and compensation packages and develop policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS -- Must acquire and/or possess knowledge of Human Resources administration. Knowledge of applicable ISO, State and Federal labor laws to include Fair Labor Standards Act and other state/federal laws regulating employee benefits, compensation and privacy standards. Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Excel. Excellent problem solving skills required.
EDUCATION/LICENSES -- Bachelors Degree, with a Certificate or Masters in HR preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to following:
*Calculate all salaries (job offers, promotions, transfers, new projects.).
*Formulate accurate position descriptions
*Relay accurate information to team members
*Track contract renewals and employment statistics to compile monthly reports
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS --Work schedule is Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30pm.
