This project employs the full range of health specialists: nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, wellness/fitness specialists, emergency medical technicians, dietitians, and medical support personnel.

HR- Jr. Generalist

SUMMARY – The JR. Generalist position provides a great stepping stone into the world of HR, and includes elements of candiate credentialing and day to day employee communications. Training on policies and procedures will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS – Must be proficient in Microsoft office software, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and handle employee communications with tact.

EDUCATION/LICENSES – Applicants must have at least 3 years of college level coursework completed. HR related internships and/or at least 1 year of experience in an HR setting is required.

Duties include but are not limited to following:
* Act as a gateway for credentialing by managing emails and responding to candidates in a timely manner.
* Provide candidates in credentialing with weekly status updates on their files
* Work with the HR mgmt team to ensure processing of New Hires & Terminations
* Processing Travel and Expense logs to ensure compliance with Travel Policies
* Ensuring capture of timesheets on a timely basis
* Maintenance of HR Database

– Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
