We are a growing company located in Downtown Manhattan looking to hire fulltime customer service representatives. The position includes two fulltime shift's available, morning and afternoon. We also provide our candidates a 1 day training at no cost to you. We are looking for candidate's that posses the skills below. For this position you are provided a weekly salary + weekly bonues.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
