The Customer Service Agent presents guests with a 'first impression' of the commercial office building. This key position requires an individual who is poised, confident, organized, prompt, articulate, and helpful. The Agent's primary duties are to greet and assist tenants and guest, Check Identification, Issue access passes, Receive packages, Maintain access control and building safety. In addition to these primary duties, the Agent's maintains building lobby, answer guest inquiries, provide adequate customer service to tenants and guest, confirm appointment before issuing access passes, and ensures facility security. The Agent must be computer literate, Internet savvy, interpersonal, telephone proficient, and highly organized.
