ERS is a progressive energy engineering firm specializing in energy efficiency programs and projects. ERS is a leader in energy management consulting firms in the United States, providing technical, policy, implementation, and program advisory services to clients throughout the U.S. and Canada and abroad.

ERS is currently seeking a candidate to serve as a Project Coordinator in our Boston-area office. An educational background in energy, environmental studies/science, architecture or building science, related technical trades, or other relevant fields is necessary. Qualified candidates should have a strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainability, possess excellent technical aptitude, be highly organized, have excellent computer and communications skills, and have the ability to learn quickly and contribute to our growing organization.

The Project Coordinator will work with project managers and engineers to facilitate effective project activities such as:
- Project planning
- Project tracking
- Task scheduling
- Budget tracking
- Site-survey coordination
- Data gathering and analysis
- Analytical findings reporting
- File management
- Meeting organization
- Report and presentation development

The position requires the ability to work closely with engineering staff, customers, vendors, and efficiency program administrators. We seek candidates who are excellent communicators and analytically oriented, with strong writing and computer skills.
