The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, as well as a majority of the Manager on Duty shifts. This position requires an operationally focused individual with the ability to provide excellent guest service and management of team members in a fun, fast-paced and exciting environment. The Operations Manager will hire, train, schedule, and oversee all non-event staff members. Additional responsibilities include inventory/ordering, weekly court inspections, overseeing our fitness program, and other management duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Two years of management experience in a related field or industry
•Proven track record with business operations, guest relations, managing a part-time team, scheduling, and cash handling
•Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
•First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Skills and Abilities
•Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
•Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
•Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment
•Demonstrated commitment to, and passion for, providing exceptional guest service
•Must have positive attitude and sense of humor
