We're Hiring Style and Beauty Writers

Demand Media Studios is looking for knowledgeable Style writers to contribute premium online content for our network of popular sites. The ideal candidate is a fashion-savvy individual who knows the AP Stylebook like the back of their hand. We're looking for someone who has professional experience crafting well-researched, high-quality articles for well-established beauty and fashion publications.

By contributing with Demand Media Studios, you have the opportunity to build your personal brand and put your byline and work in front of thousands of visitors on a daily basis -- all while supplementing your income. Article assignments average 300 to 500 words and topics cover a range of areas, including DIY fashion advice, beauty tips, current style guides and more. You will be able to hand-pick the topics you want to cover in order to position yourself as an expert on your choice of subjects.

- Compensation. Writing assignments start at $20 to $30 per article and payments are delivered twice a week.

- Focus on Expertise. Choose the areas that you want to focus on in order to develop a portfolio of published work.

Writers are to submit a relevant resume and a writing sample (400 words) demonstrating your ability to write concisely on a topic. Be sure that your resume highlights your professional experience, certifications or particular areas of expertise within the Style and Beauty field.
