-Ability to multitask in a high paced environment
-Preparing proposals
-Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, correspondence and other project information
-Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-Attending site meetings
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans and specifications
