Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist with reconciling accounts, data entry, invoice matching and payables. Duties may not be limited to accounting. Applicant must be organized, proactive and willing to work in a fast paced and ever changing work environment.

Required Duties and Skill Sets:

* Coding invoices
* Preparing checks for vendors
* Processing expense reports
* Coding invoices and other transactions properly for the general ledger
* Assisting with special analyses and reports
* Reconciling the accounts payable aging to the general ledger balance
* Assisting with outside accountant requests
* Strong Excel skills
* Strong communication skills
