We are searching for an extremely talented A/P Clerk to assist the Accounting team part-time. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to approximately 16-24 hours per week. The demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial.

Responsibilities:

Process and enter all A/P invoices into database
Update and maintain vendor database
Verify and enter expense reports
Reconcile vendor statements
Maintain account payable files
Special projects as requested by Management

Qualifications:

4-year degree in Accounting preferred but not required
Up to 2 years experience in a corporate environment a plus
Quickbooks or similar accounting software
Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Understanding the importance of being process oriented all while balancing time constraints
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Qualities of a self-starter and team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
