Charming apartment in typical classical style, rooms have been furnished with extreme care and good taste and offer an atmosphere of yore in total relaxation.

It has two large rooms with beautiful, warm wooden ceilings. Bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and queen size bed; bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC; the other room has sofa/queen size bed, a large table for 6 people a bookcase and a living area. The kitchenette is fully equipped: gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, and everything you need in terms of tableware and cookware, such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc.

Apartment has a complimentary wireless broadband Internet connection.
Flat has independent heating and a-c systems.

It is situated in an ideal location: it face the beautiful Campo de Fiori square, just a short walk from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The pleasant market place called Campo de' Fiori (lit. Flower Field) offers the opportunity to buy fresh and high-quality food at a distance of 0 km, and houses a historic bakery producing bread, cakes and delicious pizza, along with fascinating craft and antique furniture shops for your shopping. Everything under your eyes !

Campo de' Fiori is the only major Roman square without churches. In the evening it is a popular meeting place, with many clubs, bars and typical restaurants which enliven the Roman nights, making it one of the city's most popular meeting places. Via dei Baullari, Via del Pellegrino, Via di Monserrato, and many other surrounding streets are full of shops, from the most classic to the trendiest, craft shops, antique dealers and the like. Walking along these streets and admiring the facades of their buildings, you can breathe a wonderful renaissance atmosphere. In just a three minutes' walk, after crossing the Corso Vittorio Emanuele, you reach the gorgeous Piazza Navona.

I did house swap several times, in NYC too. So many references are available.
I usually wish to be in US during spring and during Thanksgiving for about a week. My place is always available, cause I own a couple of flats in Rome. And if this is already booked (for friends or other swaps) I can offer you a similar one in the same area ;). That's why a non simultaneous swap is possible.
