IT Technical Support Lead Wanted (Westchester, NY)

High growth company in Hawthorne, NY is seeking a Technical Support Lead who will assist in the planning, development, and maintenance of Crown Awards internal infrastructure and processes. Primary areas of responsibility may include: Operating systems (Server and Client) configuration and system management (Windows, Linux, MAC), Intranet services support, electronic mail, as well as software support and troubleshooting. Coordinates with the other internal groups to maintain internal customer satisfaction and assists support engineers with daily tasks and departmental goals. Flexible schedule and on-call duties will be required of all candidates

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5+ years of Windows Server Administration experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of Microsoft Exchange Administration + IIS/OWA configurations
• Strong understanding of Windows Active Directory and general LDAP queries and updates
• Strong understanding of Group Policy management.
• Strong understanding of networking and network troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, CIFS, NFS, and VPN concepts
• Mac OSX experience
• Supervisor or team lead experience to lead help desk support team
• Interest in learning Linux or prior Linux experience
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
