Two Positions

1. Computer Tech - Job Description:
Upgrade PCs (desktops/laptops) from Windows XP to Windows 7 and Provide Client facing Support.
Responsibilities Include;
Migrating Windows XP Desktop and Laptops to Windows 7.
Coordinate migration with the Desktop Support team and the end users.
Data Migration and Backup.
Troubleshoot PC issues and provide customer support to end users.
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

2. Computer Surveyor
Record hardware and software setting from PCs
Input recorded information on paper and software
Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
