THE OPPORTUNITY:

o BREMOBILE is looking for additional "Part-time PHP developers" to help complete the building of our Mobile Advertising App - PROTOTYPE
o We are at the halfway point and need additional support to finish, test and deploy in the United States by May 1, 2015.
o We launch in Canada, China, Asia, Europe, The Middle East and South America in successive order.
o At this time we are looking for four additional PHP developers to complement our team of 12 developers / partner(s) with solid technical, creative skills who can turn our ideas into action.
o Calling out for dynamic, energetic PHP developers for a start-up mobile advertising company having some solid innovative ideas to help build a Global Online and Mobile Advertising Platform /App.
o Are you an entrepreneurial-minded mobile app developer or company with an interest in investing Sweat Equity.
o Equity (NOW) (Generous percentage) -- We expect to have a 9-figure valuation in 18 months. (Since there will never be another BREMOBILE, - Take the EQUITY.)
o Deferred billing (NOW) - $100 per/hour -- For work completed over the next 120 days - (Payable after funding)
o Guaranteed part-time employment of 20 hours per week. @ $100 per / hour (After funding)
o Full negotiable salary for fulltime employment.(After funding).
o We have allocated $200,000 for our prototype or beta platform. (After funding)
o $200,000+ / month will be allocated on an ongoing basis. (After funding)
o VC and Angel Funding expected once our prototype has been completed and deployed.
o Over 50 Investors from coast to coast are waiting for us to finish.
o We have and will partner with some of the biggest names in technology.
o Our current Technology "Partnership List" exceeds 50 companies.
o Our many patents are ready to be filed.

o If you are familiar with MySQL and NoSQL database (Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Riak, etc.)., then we should talk.
o Your experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, javascript, Bootstrap would be a PLUS.
o Your familiarity with creating or leveraging APIs to integrate web services is a MAJOR PLUS.
o If you are up to the challenge and think you have something to offer "THE NEXT BIG THING", then we are willing to take a chance on you.

CONSIDERATIONS:

o If you or your team has developed mobile apps in a PHP environment, that would be a MAJOR PLUS.
o The overall design has already been completed... we just need assistance integrating the various API's.

o Must be within an eight hour drive from DC/ Metro, can work from home or office.
o Will consider a remote person or team who agrees to our Terms and Conditions / Contract.
o Must be available for virtual meetings. (Every Tuesday evening from 9-10 pm).
o Must be available for in-person meetings or SKYPE every quarter. (Could send a stand-in.)
o Must be willing to sign a NDA.
o Must agree to our "Terms and Conditions / Contract.
o Must be a mature, professional and a highly skilled PHP developer.
