Byte Dept. is looking for a Ruby on Rails developer to join our platform team. As a member of our in-house Dev Shop, you'll work on client project that challenge and inspire. The ideal candidate would be inspired by why software gets built and not just focused on the how (we're strategists at heart). Responsibilities would include:

•Plan, test, program and deliver backend platforms using Ruby and Rails
•Solve technical problems with patience and grace
•Collaborate with our diverse team of programmers, strategists and clients to deliver exceptionally well-built software
