Gotham Beauty Lounge is a full service, aware-winning upscale hair and beauty salon located in Manhattan's iconic Bryant Park Place.
We are seeking an experienced hair stylist who is an exciting, intelligent, and creative person.
Hair Stylists should be well-rounded and trained in an array of services including but not limited to balayage highlights, extensions, up-dos, blowouts, and Color.
Often hired to work on-site weddings, artists need to be flexible with their schedule, and fully knowledgeable on current trends. New York Fashion Week is amongst our consistently contracted gigs.
We are looking for a hard working, friendly, outgoing, dedicated team player who has some clientele and is looking to grow with Gotham Beauty Lounge.
Knowledge of Wella Color and Oribe products are a plus!
You will succeed in this role if you have:
experience as a hairstylist
good personality, character and charm
A deep interest in the beauty industry
Desire to make clients look beautiful!
