The Rudy's Barbershop Stylist is a self-motivated, creative, inspirational brand ambassador who exceeds the expectations of the customer with superior technical skills and customer service. Someone who can work within our 20-year-old "start-up" community barbershop and help take it to the next level. We are looking for like-minded originals who can adapt to a fast paced, team oriented environment while also maximizing retail opportunities. Rudy's Stylists should exude exceptional work ethic through punctuality, enthusiasm for the brand and the ability to establish and continue to strengthen client retention, as well as being an amazing team player.


Responsibilities:

Demonstrate reliably high-quality technical skills
Build and maintain a well-served repeat clientele
Attend regular education classes to improve upon current technical skill set
Maintain awareness of and ability to adapt to current trend
Desire to elevate skill set through commitment to higher education
Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education to clients
Support fellow stylists by sharing positive knowledge and experience
Encourage an exciting, productive working environment that helps spread our brand while working closely with the Front Desk Ambassadors and Managers
Support growth and accountability with shop goals
Achieve optimal retail sales by making sure all of our clients receive superb customer service
Work to make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible customer service and brand awareness
Preserve the beauty of the shop through rigorous cleanliness standards
Always serve as a Rudy's Ambassador, spreading awareness of our mission and brand
Demonstrate leadership ability and superior interpersonal skills to motivate others
Persevere in the face of challenges, adapt to changing environments, and push yourself to do whatever it takes to improve and develop
Utilize excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to accurately link cause and effect and to generate relevant solutions to problems
Possess superior organizational abilities, planning well and managing responsibilities effectively
Respect individuals' diverse experiences and work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
Uphold our high standards through consistent adherence and implementation of Rudy's policies and procedures
