We have 4 new locations opening and have severals sales positions to fill in each store. The sales positions available are in Middle Island, Farmingville, Sayville and Ronkonkoma.


Job description:

Work for a fun and exciting company with the most aggressive commissions in the wireless industry. The Wireless Retail Sales Representative is responsible for sales and merchandising. The primary responsibility is to increase revenue by achieving monthly sales quotas and financial metrics. We're looking for someone with serious ambition, who has what it takes to close sales, beat quotas and rack up commissions. We are also interested in a candidate that has aspirations to progress their career with a rapid growing company. Retail experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a definite plus.

The Sales Representative will execute the following responsibilities to achieve objectives:

* Growing sales by building a strong, influential, collaborative relationship to consumers and professional customers of wireless-based solutions
* Building a base of loyal customers who return to the store for service, support, and future purchases of products, services, and accessories
* Working in a sales-driven and results-oriented environment where financial rewards are based on metrics results
* Remaining well-versed and educated on products and services in a rapid changing environment
* Maintaining merchandising and store cleanliness
* Give regular feedback to management on areas that need improvement
* Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is dynamic, intelligent, and passionate and possesses these competencies and attributes:

* Proven, highly successful sales track record through solution-based selling
*Strong sales characteristics and skills, including presentation skills, qualifying skills, fundamental technical knowledge, overcoming objections and closing
* Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal -- including formal presentation skills
* Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees, external customers, and virtual team members
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work retail hours, incl. weekends and holidays
* Ability to work & commute to multiple locations
* Problem solving abilities
* Highly motivated to achieve
* High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust

We have been in business for over 20 years and have a proven track record for success. Our average sales associate makes over $40,000 some make over $85,000. Spanish Speaking is a plus for this position, but not a requirement.
