We have built an in-house studio of first-class chefs in SF and Seattle. And now we're taking the concept to New York, raising the culinary bar in the most discerning city in the country.
Come help to lead our East Coast expansion as part of our opening team in NYC.

Requirements:
· Proven ability to execute production to meet time, quality and volume standards
· Stable, progressive career path for demanding Chefs/Food focused concepts
· Excellent hands. Strong desire to improve skills and knowledge to a world class level
· Conscientious and meticulous

Traits:
· Thoughtful in all endeavors, considerate and helpful to others
· Responsible, dedicated team players
· Good palette. Non Smoking preferred.
· A student of food, always looking to expand knowledge base and skill set.
· NYDOH/Serve Safe Certification, or capable of obtaining it prior to starting.
· Computer savvy is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
· Efficient time and space management
· Produce the menu and learn from each dish
· Make your bosses happy with your daily work, attitude and attendance
· Maintain company's HACCP plan and enforce food safety guidelines.
· Enjoy your 2 days off per week.
