Lime & Brownstone Reality is working with clients to rent, sell and buy the best apartments, co-ops and condos in Brooklyn.

We are looking to hire 8 passionate, energetic, dynamic and target oriented agents to work in our amazing and unique office.

Your tasks:
- Post on craigslist and other rental webpages online
- Client management and an excellent customer service which represents our office appropriately
- Showing apartments with in given range by the client
- Working with the clients through application, approval, and lease signing process
- be present at weekly/bi-weekly team meetings

Requirements:
- Must be licensed Real Estate Person in New York or willing to become licensed as soon as possible
(Lime & Brownstone will help you getting licensed while closing your first deals)
- It is helpful if you have some real estate experience
- Hard working, responsible and have experience in casual as well as high end customer service
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
(acceptable is a response time of 1 hour on work hours/ 24 hours on non-work hours or days)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook), Google Maps/Google Earth, Internet and Email

Plus points:
- Applicant should life in Brooklyn, knowing the area
- Own transportation is a big plus because it will enable to take clients around and increase the number of deals that you can close
