Two year old Lifestyle Brokerage seeks Full-Time Manager for it's 5th Avenue Flagship office in the heart of the Flatiron District.

Manager must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Manhattan RESIDENTIAL brokerage business. This is a serious opportunity to be on the ground level of a rapidly budding firm with an exclusive listing focus.

The manager is in effect the right hand to the President and should be comfortable multi-tasking and working with executives to effectively scale the business. Manager must be fluid on the phone and be able to provide immediate support and attention to clients and agents. The manager will engage in intro rental and sale conversations, delegate client leads, greet clients/guests when they arrive in the office, identify and address issues before they become problems, enforce company policies and boundaries, act as a buffer for the executives, and manage the office infrastructure (IT troubleshooting, desks, setting up agents with email, new hire paperwork, managing human capital, cleanliness, attire and other company policies).

The manager must have the wherewithal to recognize and implement new infrastructure/systems to increase efficiency and scale the buisness, keep sound records of the company's inventory, have the ability to create and execute marketing campaigns and strategies, and manage advertisements as well as Dalliens new marketing campaign for new agents & clients.
