One of the oldest (since 1983) New York City Real Estate Broker went virtual with office located at 369 Lexington Ave.
We do not provide desks, but we pay up to 100% commission with fee on residential deals and up to 90% commission on commercial and residential deals with no fee.
We provide training for residential and commercial Real Estate. We teach how to write the ads, where, when and how to put the ads. How to talk to clients. When and what to say and when to shot up.
We also teach you how to find put together and sell small development sights for huge often over $100,000 commission.
We provide access to all Manhattan residential and commercial listings, plus over 6,000 exclusive listings.

With us you will have 3 steps in your Real Estate career that will bring you to the top.

Step #1. The immediate goal. You rent apartments to put bread and butter on your table. You might work 7 days a week. We teach you how to start and operate the Real Estate money machine to exchange time for money. Just follow our 33 years of experience and you will make money the first month guarantee.

Step #2. You start doing commercial. Rent offices and stores. Work Monday to Thursday 9 to 5 and Friday 9 AM to 3 PM. You will be off on weekends and holidays. Make much more money and feel like human being. For example: You rent out a store in Midtown Manhattan. The average rent is $150 per sq. foot. The store is 2000 sq. ft. would cost $300,000 a year. We get payed by the LANDLORD 15% of annual rent so the gross commission will be about $45,000. You get 90% of it.

Step #3. Learn to put development sites together. How to find the right zoning, how to valuate these kind of properties, how to negotiate with the sellers, and how to sell it for tens of Millions of Dollars. We can buy it, you make one shot commission bigger than you can earn in years of apartments rentals.
