Here is how our training program works:

The training program covers every aspect of how to make money in real estate---- and you are trained by the best, top producers who have sold well over 1,500 homes combined.

We teach you a SYSTEM, that if you follow it and work hard, there is no reason why you can't sell 50-60+ homes a year. We will work with you to get you to where you want to be.

Here are a few of the main things we go over in our training:

1. The proper mindsets and strategies to make the most money in real estate. We teach you why listings are the name of the game and how to get as many as possible, along with how to find and work with qualified buyers.
2. How to make the calls to get listings.
3. Handling objections on the phone to get the listing appointments.
4. How to do a proper market analysis so you don't over-price your listings.
5. How to do the perfect listing presentation, along with giving you the perfect pre-listing package so the client is 90% sold by the time you get there.
6. Handling objections on the appointment.
7. How to follow up after the appointment and manage your leads and stay organized.
8. Marketing your listings effectively and getting them sold.
9. How to use the MLS and the programs to get your leads.
10. How to work with buyers effectively along with the best websites you should be on to get the best buyer leads.

We also have excellent presentations on our back office so that if you live far away you can learn everything from watching the detailed presentations on there.

1. We pay all of our agents 80% commission. Once you gross 100k for the year, you make 100% the rest of the year.
