Events and Marketing Internship Description:
Assisting Event Managers with planning and production of Joonbug ticketed events
Working with Event Managers on weekly events and finding new sources to market events/increase traffic to our site
Researching New York City companies to participate in our Complimentary Sponsorship Program and assiting in the planning of these events
Updating the Joonbug database with weekly party flyers and event info
Working on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter to gain exposure
Job Requirements Include:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter is a plus
Excellent writing/verbal communications skills
Personable and ability to engage an audience
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is key

Hours: Interns are in our Times Square office from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Minimum of 3 days per week (4 days preferred), Monday-Friday available.
