Marketing Internships/Entry Level Position to Fill (Greater NYC Area) New York City

Seeking a bright, ambitious and energetic marketer to intern with our Marketing team. We love innovators who do whatever it takes to get the job done.
This isn't your average internship! Interns are expected to hit the ground running and learn our products, strategies and analytical techniques utilized in the Marketing department. We hope this enables you to create new ideas and execute projects that will contribute to the continued success.
Responsibilities:
* Work on traditional marketing efforts, including television, radio and email advertising
* Assists in running analysis, evaluating performance, recommending changes, and managing key initiatives
* Report quantitatively on new customer acquisition and existing customer retention
* Create and run new, innovative tests to develop customer acquisition and retention channels
Required Qualifications:
* Working on Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA candidate a plus)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as writing skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and ability to analyze and understand quantitative data
* Solid project management & ability to prioritize
* The successful candidate will be highly intelligent, self-motivated, results-oriented, and be willing to internalize business objectives in order to own deliverables.
* Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
* Ability to identify creative solutions to complex problems
* Proficient in Excel, MS Office and basic SQL skills preferred
compensation: $10-$15 per hour
