The ideal candidate has substantial litigation experience, including experience in both Federal and New York State Courts, with not less than 6 bench and jury trials, taking depositions, and pre-trial motion practice. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the NY CPLR and local rules and the FRCP and local rules of the Eastern and Southern Districts, and have finely honed analytical, research and writing skills. The candidate must also be fully literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw, and Lexis.
