SEEKING: Interior Designer RECRUITER for a Super Amazing Fun Startup - (NYC)

Homepolish is currently looking for an interior designer recruiter who is passionate about helping our team bring on design super-talent and continue our expansion.

Skills:
- Interior design knowledge + great taste
- Approachable and friendly attitude
- The confidence to interview and select designers
- Great written communication
- Social media savvy

Duties:
- Review applications
- Scour the web for talented candidates and initiate a conversation
- Attend interior design events
- Build relationships with school administrators
- Work with the marketing team to build designer awareness of Homepolish

While we are certainly looking for a candidate with the skills and desire to fulfill these responsibilities, more than that we are looking for someone who is motivated to build out these avenues and cultivate new approaches to bringing amazing designers onto the Homepolish team.
