OPEN HOUSE FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST (BI-LINGUAL SPANISH)

Allen Health Care Services, a provider of home health care services to help clients' lead productive and independent lives, is seeking Bi-lingual Spanish Receptionist.

The Receptionist handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties. The receptionist will be responsible for:
• Placing, receiving and routing a high volume of calls through an electric switchboard.
• Supplying information to callers, relaying messages and announcements.
• Greeting all visitors
• Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including mailings and data entry.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6-months related experience in a healthcare/social service environment is helpful. This position requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This is a fast-paced environment.
