Lobby Desk Agent


JOB OVERVIEW:
Check-in- guests courteously and efficiently. Provide information, assistance and customer service to all guests and visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
High school graduate or equivalent is a plus but not required
Compute basic mathematical calculations .
Communicate with guests, both in person and by telephone, clearly and pleasantly.
Provide legible communication and directions.

Ability to:
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Prioritize and organize.
Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
Follow directions thoroughly.
Understand guest's service needs.
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
Work with minimal supervision.
Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers.

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:
Work on any other assigned tasks or duties that the Front Office Manager may require.

Must be at least 18 years of age
no felony convictions

fulltime and part time available
Compensation up to $15 an hour
