To be considered:
• You MUST HAVE a high school degree or equivalent
• You MUST HAVE the ability to adapt to change and unexpected demands of the business
• You MUST be proficient with general PC and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
• You MUST have outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills

PREFERRED:
Prior work experience in an inbound call center environment
