SEEKING FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST/ OFFICE ASSISTANT - (MIDTOWN, NYC) New York City

The White Gown is looking for a full-time receptionist at our bridal salon located in Midtown Manhattan. Must be well spoken and generic personality who is willing to help out in all office duties. Job includes answering phone calls, taking messages, booking bridal appointments, greeting all guests and checking them in and many more. It also includes helping out with shipping and steaming of bridal gowns. Making sure the stock room is in order at all times and maintaining cleanliness around the salon.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, have a natural friendliness sense, the ability to handle high call volumes and have experience in customer service. We are looking for someone to fill the position long-term and is hiring ASAP.

Possible work days:
Wed 12-8
Thurs 12-8
Fri 10-5
Sat 9:30-5
Sun 9:30-5

We are interviewing on Tuesday and Wednesday ( June 9-10th)
