Nu Genesis Systems (NGS) primarily provides management support and consulting services to small & medium-sized businesses. We've always known that for small and medium sized businesses, services can be a real challenge to manage. Staying on top of your technology includes controlling the costs associated with keeping in-house staff up-to-date with training, certifications and current trends. We are in need of a customer service rep for our new products division.

Duties - Customer Service Representative - Customer Service Rep - Customer Service:
Our customer service representatives will be in charge of day-to-day customer relations. Whether it is merely a quick check up on their existing services with our client or just a friendly reminder of new updates and savings the customer might be unaware of
Maintain customer rapport by handling concerns and questions
Improves service by listening to customer concerns, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems for one call resolution
Meets individual performance standards
Represent our company in an ethical, professional manner with integrity
