Roles and Responsibilities:
Tripda is looking for an energetic, bright, hard working and well-organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager who will provide essential administrative and operational support for our New York office. This is an amazing opportunity to work for an exciting and unique startup company and be involved in many fields of business.
• Provide administrative support and assistance to the co-founders and executives
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office
• Assist with HR administration, employee onboarding and managing benefits
• Perform light bookkeeping, track purchase receipts and report on purchases
• Organize and coordinate schedules: maintain calendar, schedule meetings and conference calls
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentation materials
• Book and manage travel arrangements and accommodations
• Prepare monthly expense reports for executive management
• Organize and host events and assist in preparing for marketing events
• Coordinate special projects as needed
• Organize and maintain files and other administrative duties
• Be the live spirit of the company and maintain our work culture
• Coordinate events, shipping, printing and purchasing of various complexity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support/operations role
• 4 year College degree required
• Extremely tech savvy with a high proficiency in MS office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Dropbox and Google Docs
• Graphic design and/or manipulation skills -- ability to modify, crop, resize and submit assets to print
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Multi-tasker with ability to execute meticulously and quickly
• Operations minded
• Experience with HR and bookkeeping a plus
• Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
