Hiring Sales Administrative Assistant - (Manhattan, NYC) New York City

Universal Protection Service is looking for Sales Administrative Assistant. The Sales Administrative Assistant will report to the VP of Sales and the President. Additional responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Assistant may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Prepare sales proposals and/or client bids.
• Create sales presentations using PowerPoint.
• Verbal and written communication with clients on a daily basis.
• Respond to prospective customer inquiries regarding pricing information.
• Schedule sales meetings and client site meetings as needed
The qualified Sales Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities as needed. Candidates applying should meet the minimum qualifications as listed below:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in an administrative environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.
