Do you know that Panera Caters? We do...and we're looking for a Cafe Catering Coordinator. The Catering Coordinator is responsible for taking, processing, and delivering Panera catering orders, and communicating/partnering with cafe management daily in order to build catering sales. This is a hands-on production position with responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of catering orders. A typical Catering Coordinator schedule is Monday through Friday, 30+ hours weekly, early mornings into afternoons. Flexibility with weekends/evenings is required as business dictates and when unique catering sales opportunities arise. This is an hourly position with a bonus plan based on sales growth which can add significantly to income.

Duties include:
Sales and production of catering orders
Deliver and set up catering orders to local businesses for breakfast and lunch
Assist with sandwich/salad prep to fulfill catering orders
Work with catering guests in person and over the phone


Additional Info

Minimum Age-18+ years old
Outgoing, friendly, sales-oriented personality.
Sales experience a big plus
Team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

*Must have a reliable transportation and a full driver's license (not including permit or provisional driving time) for a period of at least a year
*Must be able to pass criminal and motor vehicle report background checks
